LOVE-ACT-of-the-DAY: My loves! This really aught to read “LOVE-ACT-of-your-LIFE”… Meditate EVERYDAY for 15 minutes a day (at least)! A GIANT Thank You to my extraordinary acupuncturist and dear friend, Norva Bennett, for teaching me this! A life changer! You really should be able to gift yourself at least 15 min of quality “You” time. It is so necessary to recoup from the hustle and bustle of the day and just… breathe. Just set a timer and sit, wherever you are, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Thoughts will come in just don’t acknowledge them. Let them float in and out just as easily. Refocus on your breath. This has helped me so much through my crazy busy last months. To relaxing to the deepest degree.
